Summit Construction was hired to completely renovate the exterior of this existing home.  New siding, roofing, decks, and railing's were all added to this home to give it a fresh new look.

Completed in 2013 the Mickel Residence is a unique custom home designed by Rick Feeney with Feeney Architects.  It is a blend of a unique "Mining Style" architecture and mountain contemporary.  The owner of this home wanted a "One of a kind" home situated in southwest Colorado.  Practically every element of this home was custom designed and hand crafted locally.
